At Integrity Construction, our team sets us apart from competitors. And it is that same team-focused approach that ensures that our clients are supported to make their dream home or remodel come true.
“When you choose to build with Integrity Construction, we have multiple people on staff to support your build,” says Chris Heemstra, vice president and co-owner. “You’ll have access to a designer who is gifted at designing, an estimator gifted at running numbers, and a superintendent who is the quarterback on the job site, plus many others. One of our phrases in the office is that none of us is as smart as all of us. We like to collaborate and to help different teams come up with solutions to different challenges.”
For clients, this approach means they’re able to utilize all of the talents throughout Integrity Construction, making for a smoother build or remodel process.
“They had a good team approach where we would say, 'hey, how about this idea,'” says Dr. Tom Greenwald, whose 2024 build with Integrity Construction came after years of envisioning what a new build might look like. “Then the architect could draw it, but then one of them would jump in and say, 'now you need eight inches there instead of twelve.’”
This collaboration across the team is intentional at Integrity Construction. In fact, for founder and owner Brad Heemstra, it’s the foundation he prioritized when he started the company in 2007, after decades of experience where small businesses and homeowners were overwhelmed or uncertain throughout the construction process.
"I think what's rewarding is that we wanted to build a company that had a culture and a value of focusing on our clients, making sure we had the right people that would embrace those values,” says Brad. “We have a team approach and each of us really focuses on what our gifting is and where our talents are. We truly focus on coordinating with each other for the betterment of our clients and their projects.”
And with that team approach comes a dedication from the Integrity staff to ensure that communication is prioritized–not just with clients but with each other as well.
“Throughout our building journey we were working with the whole team,”says Kyle Anderson, an Integrity Construction client.“There wasn’t a handoff where we didn't feel like we were getting quality service."
