If you have a relationship established with another bank, you are free to work with them as well. A: At Integrity Construction, we want your new home to be YOUR home. It should reflect your tastes and preferences. And to help you in selecting finishes and colors, we offer you the assistance of our Selections Coordinator who has extensive experience in home décor and design and offers consultation from our fully outfitted showroom. These basic services are offered to you at no additional cost.
Q: What materials are used in building my new home?
A: We have relationships with a wide range of manufacturers to ensure we have access to the best materials at a reasonable cost. If you have a preference for things like faucets, appliances and windows, we are prepared to meet your needs. If you don’t have a preference, we will use the best materials available at the cost point that meets your budget.
Q: Is some type of warranty offered?
A: We pour our heart and soul into the construction of your new home. We work tirelessly to ensure your dream home is everything you expected and more than you could have imagined. And to ensure everything is taken care of if something does go wrong, we offer a ten-year structural warranty and a full one-year warranty on our homes. We frequently go beyond the call of duty to address any and all concerns.
Q: How long does the building process take?
A: For most, it takes 4 to 5 months, but in some cases, it can be as quick as 3 months. A number of things play into the construction duration, from weather to the availability of the various finishes you want. At Integrity Construction, we keep in contact with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure there are no delays in the building process.
