Remodeling your home is a big undertaking and can be overwhelming. However, we work hard to ease the complex process by breaking it down into specific steps for you to be aware of and understand. The four steps outlined below capture the process we take at Integrity Construction in residential remodeling. It all starts with an introduction meeting. Introduction Meeting & Preliminary Design
We start with a conversation about your vision and goals for your remodel or addition. Our in-house design team provides a preliminary design concept, typically including an initial floor plan to demonstrate a solution to share with you. At this point, we prepare a preliminary cost analysis to confirm the design is in alignment with your budget. We want to design to fit your budget rather than hope your budget fits the design.

Final Design & Proposal
This phase is when your vision and inspiration comes to life. Our process focuses on listening well and concludes with detailed drawings and material specifications. Next, we gather competitive bids from trusted subcontractors and suppliers to provide you with a detailed construction proposal featuring firm pricing. No surprises—what we quote is what you pay.

Construction & Communication
Throughout the build, we’ll keep you informed with regular updates and meetings to guide you through the process. Our selection coordinators will help you finalize material and color choices—from cabinetry and flooring tp plumbing and light fixtures—ensuring every detail reflects your vision. We help keep the project going at the right pace. We’ll let you know when each decision needs to be made, keeping the process manageable. And if you change your mind, our change request process ensures you stay informed, confident, and aware of any cost implications.
