Lynn serves the Integrity team as Office Manager. Though she holds many responsibilities, she is most well-known around the office for keeping everything in working order and being the smiling face that greets everyone who walks in our door.  Lynn coordinates our accounting functions along with human resource matters.

Project Manager

Chris started in the industry by framing houses in the summers. As a co-op intern, Chris worked as a student engineer for a construction firm on a 13-story office building in downtown Des Moines. After completing his degree in Construction Engineering at Iowa State, he came on board at Integrity Construction. Chris has had primary oversight of our commercial projects and is currently focusing on estimating and procurement of our prospective projects.

Project Manager

Dylan came to Integrity Construction with a business degree from the University of Northern Iowa and work experience that included light construction and business management.  He has quickly become well versed in the residential building process and enjoys researching new products and improved techniques in the home building industry.  Dylan focuses on our residential projects including new homes, remodels and additions.

Project Manager

Before joining the team at Integrity, James’ background in construction included several years at a lumber yard and experience with carpentry work.  His pleasant personality is a good fit in his role as Project Manager on remodel projects.  James works closely with our clients to keep them informed before and during the construction phase.  His goal is to make the remodeling experience pleasant and predictable.

Project Manager

Greg’s background includes experience and expertise in the area of building envelope construction for commercial and residential buildings. He is detail oriented in his approach to managing projects. Greg’s focus on proactive communication is appreciated by all members of the project team.

Design & Selections

With a degree in interior design from Iowa State University and previous experience with space planning, Elissa is a tremendous asset for residential and commercial projects.  Elissa’s role includes initial space programming, preliminary and final design drawings, and coordination of material and color selections during construction.  She is detail-oriented and enjoys working closely with our clients.

With the innate ability to form relationships with subcontractors and knowledge of the construction process developed over the course of two decades in the industry, Scott is the perfect advocate for our clients.  Joining Integrity Construction as a Residential Superintendent, he is responsible for managing the homebuilding process from start to finish. He visits multiple jobsites on a daily basis to ensure the building process is moving smoothly for each individual client.

Richard Darby headshot

Richard brings a “hands-on” approach to his role as a Superintendent.  There is no construction challenge that he can’t identify a solution for.  This likely comes from his previous experience as a crew leader for construction projects in the Ag-Business field.  Richard’s leadership on the jobsite is demonstrated by his calm, “can-do” approach with the workers and our clients.

As a Superintendent, Adam thrives on the pace and level of activity on the construction jobsite.  He is a driven leader and has excellent communication skills.  Adam brings previous firsthand experience with foundations, rough and finish carpentry, and building finishes; so coordinating details with each field trade comes naturally.  He is self-motivated and truly leads by example.

Finish Carpenter

Todd is meticulous when it comes to the final steps of our new construction and remodel projects.  We call it “final assembly.”  He is instrumental in making sure no loose ends are left behind. Using checklists is one of Todd’s most effective tools.

Construction Worker

Tyson is fairly new to the construction industry, but not new to learning quickly and working hard.  He is a willing helper at all levels and his desire to grow his skillset makes all the difference.  While he came to us as a Hawkeye fan, several of his teammates have a Cyclone influence on him.

Construction Worker

Brandyn grew up on a farm in Central Iowa and learned the value of hard work and to take on new tasks with confidence.  After working in the agriculture industry, he found his interest in construction and desires to develop his career by learning more about the construction process each day.

Craftsmanship comes naturally for James, but his true passion includes collaboration and creativity on the jobsite. James enjoys the interaction with our clients, subcontractors, and co-workers. Prior to his career in construction, James spent several years overseeing outdoor, experiential week long excursions for youth in Idaho.
