Brad started Integrity Construction by focusing on delivering excellence to clients in a personal way. Our team strives to not only be good at what we build, but how we do it. Brad offers a unique benefit to all the projects completed by Integrity through his oversight and expertise. His state-wide experience managing construction projects brings a more organized approach to our commercial, residential, and remodel construction process.

CHRIS HEEMSTRA

Vice President

Chris started in the industry by framing houses in the summers. As a co-op intern, Chris worked as a student engineer for a construction firm on a 13-story office building in downtown Des Moines. After completing his degree in Construction Engineering at Iowa State, he came on board at Integrity Construction. Chris has had primary oversight of our commercial projects and is currently focusing on estimating and procurement of our prospective projects.

Estimator

Mike joined the Integrity team with several years of residential estimating experience. His background also includes running a painting business. Mike enjoys meeting new clients, capturing their goals for improving their home, and following through with a solution. His friendly, yet detailed approach is appreciated by everyone on the project team.

Designer

Even at a young age, Zach was interested in residential design.  His background includes home designs for national builders as well as high end custom homes for individual clients.  Zach listens carefully to your goals & desires and develops a solution specifically for you.  With Zach’s experience, you can be confident of getting a well-thought-out house plan or remodel solution.

Selections & Marketing

Joani brings a depth of experience and creativity that provides confidence for our clients when navigating through the decision-making process of material and color selections. She offers a down-to-earth and practical approach. The combination of being a joy to work with and having a good eye for design and style is a “win/win”.

Selections & Design

Rachel has always had a flair for the creative and a passion for color. She enjoys seeing the transformation of something old becoming new again. With a BA in Interior Design from Iowa State, Rachel is passionate about creating stunning and timeless living spaces. She focuses on building relationships with her clients so she can reflect their vision into the process. Our clients enjoy Rachel’s warm and caring personality.

LYNN HEEMSTRA

Office Manager

Lynn serves the Integrity team as Office Manager. Though she holds many responsibilities, she is most well-known around the office for keeping everything in working order and being the smiling face that greets everyone who walks in our door.  Lynn coordinates our accounting functions along with human resource matters.

Marketing

Meg came to Integrity Construction after graduating from the University of Northern Iowa with a Marketing and Communications degree and working for an interior design firm.  She brings expertise to the Integrity team with overseeing our social media presence, website, and hard copy marketing materials.

Project Manager

Wade’s strengths include communication and follow through with everyone on the project team.  He enjoys gaining full understanding of the task at hand and researching options for the best solution on behalf of our clients.  Wade’s background includes a successful career as an educator.  His role as a Project Manager is a great fit for keeping everyone moving forward in the same direction.

Project Manager

Greg’s background includes experience and expertise in the area of building envelope construction for commercial and residential buildings. He is detail oriented in his approach to managing projects. Greg’s focus on proactive communication is appreciated by all members of the project team.

JAMES CARLAT

Project Manager

Before joining the team at Integrity, James’ background in construction included several years at a lumber yard and experience with carpentry work.  His pleasant personality is a good fit in his role as Project Manager on remodel projects.  James works closely with our clients to keep them informed before and during the construction phase.  His goal is to make the remodeling experience pleasant and predictable.

Project Manager

After more than a decade as a craftsman and field supervisor, Taylor tapped into his desire to manage the overall construction process and grew into the project management role.  His comprehensive understanding of the work flow is an invaluable asset for our clients and our subcontractors and suppliers.  Communication and effective construction sequencing comes naturally for Taylor.

SCOTT CLATT

Superintendent

With the innate ability to form relationships with subcontractors and knowledge of the construction process developed over the course of two decades in the industry, Scott is the perfect advocate for our clients.  Joining Integrity Construction as a Residential Superintendent, he is responsible for managing the homebuilding process from start to finish. He visits multiple jobsites on a daily basis to ensure the building process is moving smoothly for each individual client.

Superintendent

As a Superintendent, Adam thrives on the pace and level of activity on the construction jobsite.  He is a driven leader and has excellent communication skills.  Adam brings previous firsthand experience with foundations, rough and finish carpentry, and building finishes; so coordinating details with each field trade comes naturally.  He is self-motivated and truly leads by example.

JUSTIN ANDERSON

Superintendent

One might expect that Justin’s background includes hands-on construction expertise and providing (mobile) home design services. What you might not know is that he was a helicopter pilot for the National Guard. Justin’s attention to detail and proactive communication style adds value in a way that our clients and our subcontractors appreciate.

MILES MILLER
Superintendent

Miles earned his foundational skills in the construction industry through hands-on installation of framing, siding and roofing, as well as drywall, trim and flooring.  This experience along with an outgoing personality is a good fit for his role as a Superintendent.  Miles focuses on pre-planning each work activity and keeping everyone on the project team informed.  He looks forward to the challenge and uniqueness of each remodel project.

Finish Carpenter

Todd is meticulous when it comes to the final steps of our new construction and remodel projects.  We call it “final assembly.”  He is instrumental in making sure no loose ends are left behind. Using checklists is one of Todd’s most effective tools.

Construction Worker

Tyson is fairly new to the construction industry, but not new to learning quickly and working hard.  He is a willing helper at all levels and his desire to grow his skillset makes all the difference.  While he came to us as a Hawkeye fan, several of his teammates have a Cyclone influence on him.

Finish Carpenter

Milo has been in construction “all his life”.  Consequently, nothing comes as a surprise when completing tasks on the jobsite.  Milo has experience with all aspects of construction and he specializes in finish work.  His gentle demeanor adds confidence for our clients.

Construction Worker

Aaron joined our team with an extensive background in construction equipment service and maintenance.  His experience with home improvement projects and helping friends with remodel work prompted him to go full time into construction.
