After a successful 24-year career in the industry with a local commercial contractor, Brad pursued his life-long dream and started Integrity Construction – a company targeting both commercial and residential construction projects, focusing on delivering excellence to clients in a personal way. His vision was to build a business that was driven by a desire to serve people and by developing a team of professionals that are not only good at what they build, but how they do it.

With Brad’s experience, he offers a unique benefit to all the projects completed by Integrity through his oversight and expertise. His state-wide experience managing construction projects brings a more organized approach to our commercial, residential, and remodel construction process.

Brad takes his commitment to serving the community seriously.  He has served on the Board of Trustees at Mary Greeley Medical Center and is involved as a member with the Ames Chamber of Commerce, Master Builders of Iowa, Ames Home Builders Association, Ames Noon Rotary Club, and Christ Community Church.

Vice President

Chris started in the industry by framing houses in the summers. As a co-op intern, Chris worked as a student engineer for a construction firm on a 13-story office building in downtown Des Moines. After completing his degree in Construction Engineering at Iowa State, he came on board at Integrity Construction. Chris has had primary oversight of our commercial projects and is currently focusing on estimating and procurement of our prospective projects.

Mike joined the Integrity team with several years of residential estimating experience. His background also includes running a painting business. Mike enjoys meeting new clients, capturing their goals for improving their home, and following through with a solution. His friendly, yet detailed approach is appreciated by everyone on the project team.

Office Manager

Lynn serves the Integrity team as Office Manager. Though she holds many responsibilities, she is most well-known around the office for keeping everything in working order and being the smiling face that greets everyone who walks in our door.  Lynn coordinates our accounting functions along with human resource matters.

His caring approach and attentiveness are well received.

Project Manager

Before joining the team at Integrity, James’ background in construction included several years at a lumber yard and experience with carpentry work.  His pleasant personality is a good fit in his role as Project Manager on remodel projects.  James works closely with our clients to keep them informed before and during the construction phase.  His goal is to make the remodeling experience pleasant and predictable.

After more than a decade as a craftsman and field supervisor, Taylor tapped into his desire to manage the overall construction process and grew into the project management role.  His comprehensive understanding of the work flow is an invaluable asset for our clients and our subcontractors and suppliers.  Communication and effective construction sequencing comes naturally for Taylor.

With the innate ability to form relationships with subcontractors and knowledge of the construction process developed over the course of two decades in the industry, Scott is the perfect advocate for our clients.  Joining Integrity Construction as a Residential Superintendent, he is responsible for managing the homebuilding process from start to finish. He visits multiple jobsites on a daily basis to ensure the building process is moving smoothly for each individual client.

As a Superintendent, Adam thrives on the pace and level of activity on the construction jobsite.  He is a driven leader and has excellent communication skills.  Adam brings previous firsthand experience with foundations, rough and finish carpentry, and building finishes; so coordinating details with each field trade comes naturally.  He is self-motivated and truly leads by example.

Finish Carpenter

Todd is meticulous when it comes to the final steps of our new construction and remodel projects.  We call it “final assembly.”  He is instrumental in making sure no loose ends are left behind. Using checklists is one of Todd’s most effective tools.

Construction Worker

Tyson is fairly new to the construction industry, but not new to learning quickly and working hard.  He is a willing helper at all levels and his desire to grow his skillset makes all the difference.  While he came to us as a Hawkeye fan, several of his teammates have a Cyclone influence on him.

Rick Milo Miles_edited.jpg

Finish Carpenter

Milo has been in construction “all his life”.  Consequently, nothing comes as a surprise when completing tasks on the jobsite.  Milo has experience with all aspects of construction and he specializes in finish work.  His gentle demeanor adds confidence for our clients.

Construction Worker

Aaron joined our team with an extensive background in construction equipment service and maintenance.  His experience with home improvement projects and helping friends with remodel work prompted him to go full time into construction.
